Guidelines for Our Affiliate Partners

GUIDELINES TO THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Of YourLongTermCareCoach.com / E R Blomgren and Associates, LLC (“The Company”)

Below is a list of guidelines regarding the Our Affiliate Program:

 1. Websites are generally approved for use in the The Company Affiliate Program

Most professional practitioners, aligned institutions, blogs, and websites generally qualify to participate in the Affiliate Program. Our products and services are all about helping families and individuals cope with various aspects of Long Term Care of (usually) older people or post-hospitalization folks who can no longer return home because of highly involved medical issues. Therefore, our Affiliates are professionals and institutions aligned with these purposes: hospitals, gerontologists, physicians, nursing homes, estate attorneys, financial planners.

Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time if we determine that your website or business is not aligned with our mission and objectives or contains objectionable material. Your site must also be fully functional with aligned content. Spam or scraper sites will not be approved. If your site is still in its development stage, please apply after it’s completed.

2. Discount and deal-type websites

We are not offering public Discount Codes at this time. Should you operate a coupon or deal-type website, please be clear in the Description section of the Affiliate Program application as to how you intend to promote The Company.

3. Promoting The Company without a website

Although promotion through websites is the most popular way our Affiliates promote The Company, we recognize that different markets have different needs. If you do not include a website to review, please make sure to include details about your work and how you plan to market The Company in the Description section on the Affiliate Program application.

4. Using the The Company name in URLs, ads or promotions

While we encourage you to use our brand in your promotions on your site, prior consent is required by The Company for use of the term The Company in Facebook, Twitter, MySpace or other social networking site URLs.

 5. Using Affiliate Links on Pinterest

While we encourage you to pin our content to your boards, undisclosed affiliate links on The Company-related Pinterest pins are strictly prohibited.

 6. Violation of Affiliate Program

If you have a concern that you may be violating any of our guidelines, please contact us.  Chances are, we can find a way to work through this without any issue. That said, Affiliates found to be in violation of the Affiliate Program Guidelines will forfeit commissions relating to either the specific transaction in violation or all commissions assigned. Excessive violations will result in termination of the violating party’s Affiliate account. We’d really prefer not to go there, so please get in touch with us if you have any questions whatsoever. We’re happy to help however we can.
